Built In Cabinet Freshen Up.

Winter is coming, the days get shorter and darker and like every change of seasons I entering a ‘’freshen up’’ state. I need to paint or repaint almost everything!

This week the built in cabinet in the dining room had a little make over.  From a dating orange pine varnish into a shabby white look: The room looks much brighter and less cluttered. This is the result!

This summer, my daughter picked hundred of St Jacques shells on the beach in Normandy. I painted some of them and sticked them up on the baskets.
Baskets and shells have been painted in AS Chalk Paint Old white and waxed.
